Mohammad drives SwarmForge's vision for an integrated AI workforce that scales companies faster than headcount. With a PhD in computer science and hands-on product leadership, he blends deep technical judgment with pragmatic execution to ship reliable systems. He's led multidisciplinary teams across public and startup environments, focusing on measurable outcomes over hype. Off hours, he's a board-game nerd and a ruthless Catan player.
Alessandro Stefouli-Vozza
Co-Founder, CTO
Alessandro is a cloud-native and AI technology leader with a passion for building scalable, secure, and developer-friendly platforms. A CNCF Ambassador and Golden Kubestronaut, he brings deep expertise in Kubernetes, distributed systems, and AI infrastructure, combined with a strong open-source and community mindset. As CTO of SwarmForge, he drives the company's technical vision and execution. When not coding, Alessandro is a DJ and produces electronic music.
Alireza Rezvani
CAIO
Alireza is a technology executive and startup CTO with more than two decades of experience building marketplaces, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered products. He brings regulated-market expertise from healthcare AI together with hands-on experience in agentic systems and multi-agent architectures. At SwarmForge, he designs the frameworks that power self-learning AI services and coworkers. From Tehran immigrant to Berlin CTO, Reza still finds time to play tennis and raise three boys while shipping open-source AI tools.
